Election Statement as submitted & certified by the candidate
I am a practical person in the field of engineering who respect engineering ethics, empathy, and the power of meritocracy. I am a pragmatist who utilize critical thinking for solutions rather than wasting time for continuously explaining problems. I believe in the value of technology and systematic approaches to provide engineered conveniences of life, to all.
IESL increasingly need motivated young blood to work under the guidance of senior members to uplift Sri Lankan Engineering profession and education. I strongly believe in my ability to represent above 40 members in the Council. If elected, I will enthusiastically accept this role and commit myself to supporting the views and concerns of members within the Council and enhance the link between IESL and young engineers, undergraduates, students, and school levers.
